Role and Responsibilities (in detail):
1. In role of Configuration Solution Manager of core network bidding solutions team, carryout detailed study, analysis and subsequent preparation of solution strategy in response to customer RFP/RFQ/RFIs for Core Network solutions.
2. Responsible for Bill of Quantity (BOQ) designing, making and managing activities in Core Network bid project (CS/IMS(NGN,VoLTE)/SDM(HLR,HSS,ENUM)/PCRF/STP&DRA/PS Core/SBC/IoT) including customer requirement analysis, E2E solution preparation, driving the solution in the team with inter-related departments (service, related products).
3. Act as single point of configuration for all core network technical solution related activities, issues, submission documents, clarification about specification and customer interactions
4. Responsible for preparing comprehensive proposal in response to RFI, RFQ and RFP, following a systematic process defined in the organization.
5. Responsible for all the technical deliverables quality, processes, records during the bidding cycle viz; preparing RFP technical clarifications questionnaires, network dimensioning, Technical proposal preparation, completeness of BOM including third party and environmental items.
6. Responsible for preparing E2E Network solution and Design according to customer requirement, preparing Statement of compliance to technical specifications, identifying the risk along with the mitigation plan.
7. Responsible for third party scope, specification and responsibility matrix definition.
8. Communication: Responsible for reporting and driving the specific requirement/s to management with proper supporting data for critical decision making.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. In-depth technical knowledge with hands-on experience of working in telecommunications networks, especially in Core Network/Carrier Software.
2. Experience of (CS/IMS(NGN,VoLTE)/SDM(HLR,HSS,ENUM)/PCRF/STP&DRA/PS Core/SBC/IoT) network solution pre-sales activities with deep understanding of products, technologies, interfaces in design and bidding of solution to top tier telecom operators.
3. Participate in Customers interface interaction for Bid related activities.
4. Minimum 1 years presale/solution design with network planning experience in 2G/3G/4G Mobile Network domain.
5. Able to work independently and manage multiple project/solutions in a fast-paced changing environment working in multi disciplinary team.
6. Proven ability and experience of working effectively in cross functional teams to ensure a high quality, optimized technical bid proposal is delivered adhering to customer timelines.
7. Proven ability to deliver results with high quality in competitive market
8. Experience in project management of Core Network would be added advantage
9. Computer skills - familiar with advance Excel and MSWord features
Competencies: Technical Sales expertise. Hands on experience on CS/IMS(NGN,VoLTE)/SDM(HLR,HSS,ENUM)/PCRF/STP&DRA/PS Core/SBC/IoT technologies. Handling presales activities and facing customer directly.
