Presales Role - Consumer/CPG/Retail

Sub Division/ BU Pre Sales - Consumer,CPG, Retail

- Retail / Consumer Domain Subject Matter Expert having 15+ years of Experience with at least 5 yrs of presales and solutioning exp of engineering solutions is a must.

- He / She need to have the knack for creating out-of-the-box solutions, passion to work in wide variety of proposals / RFPs for engineering technologies & solutions, work with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.

- His Roles involves working closely with the sales team on proposals and proactive pitch for business especially for Consumer (Retail, CPG) domain. In addition, building a GTM strategy, undertake proactive demand generation, execute marketing campaigns, create solution & marketing collaterals to drive business growth.

- Experience in presales or business development and strong understanding of engineering solutions in Consumer domain (Retail & CPG) transformation areas, POS (point of sale), Supply Chain, Store & warehouse automation, Store Inventory Management, In-Store experience, Store devices & monitoring, Logistics, payment terminals and others are must for this role.

- Depth & breadth of knowledge in technologies like IOT, Cloud, AI / ML, EDS / PLM, Data Platforms, Drones, Digital Twin, AR/VR / Computer vision, Mobility etc- are a must for this role.

- Self-motivated, hands-on person with - go-getter- attitude; in an individual contributor role; should be able to own and run this business.

- Should possess excellent communication skills (written & verbal); presentation skills, an advanced user of powerpoint & excel.

- Utilize his knowledge & experience to develop new & innovative solutions, Use Cases to solve client's business challenges.

- Should be able to articulate value proposition and engage in a discussion with the customer.
