Role Definition :
- Create Scope of Work, Proposal, Design and Architecture for the Microsoft Solutions.
- Design and Implement the strategic direction and vision of the services revenue to deliver overall organisational performance across all areas of the MS technologies supporting the LSP business of Ricoh.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to grow the services business facilitating the development of systems, procedures and processes based on the product launch and direction from Microsoft in the respective geographies.
- Financial management, performance management and accountability, professional development, culture and change management for the MSBU team.
- Maintain open, regular and transparent relationship and communication with MS Core IO and Microsoft Cloud
- Engage, negotiate and communicate with influence with zonal and bid teams to ensure MS technology solutions are pitched for scenarios
- Establish and encourage partner eco system with respect to capable capacity of people and re-usable service frameworks on Cloud or Core IO
- Participate and lead the idea generation for the business growth and implement innovation framework for the BU
- Foster and maintain relationships with relevant key stakeholders with in Ricoh and also in client organizations for re-call of Ricoh for MS technology suite needs
- Direct and manage the performance of Services revenue to deliver sustainable profitable practice lines of MS
- Be a strategic alliance manager for building and synchronizing the Microsoft competencies and offerings as per the customers- need
- Drive PSP activities which meet the Microsoft and the business plan
- Responsible for the tactical execution of all aspects of the operations in order to meet or exceed customer expectations in the areas of cost performance, service and accuracy and achieve the business goals.
- Relationship to ensure that business planning and appropriate activities are executed
- Control and monitor the revenue / profitability condition and the targets of the business division and ensure long-term viability of the business.
- Plan competency build and credentials build up for launched practices and increase the services and practices maturity as per the plan agreed
- Participate with Technical Units, SOE teams to ensure that practice offerings from Ricoh is having first re-call and work for pricing that is competitive from competition perspective for the win ability
- Draft and deliver how the latest technology is being exploited for all customers of Ricoh from LSP perspective
- Foster continuous improvement of processes and technology practices to gain efficiencies and keep Microsoft Solutions at the forefront of the large bids
