Job Summary:
- The Pre-sales Manager will play a critical role in the sales cycle by providing deep technical and business expertise to prospective clients.
- This position involves understanding client requirements, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring the proposed solutions align with the client's needs and the company's capabilities.
- Engage with key customer stakeholders and identify key pain points through his techno-functional knowledge in QA and finance domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- "Work with clients to create new opportunities and develop pipeline Consult customers to create roadmap for quality engineering and assurance. "
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of proposed solutions.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) testing and pilot projects to validate solution effectiveness.
- Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and integrity of proposed solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the finance sector.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their understanding of the company's offerings.
- Support post-sales activities, including solution implementation and client onboarding, to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales role, with a strong focus on solution architecture and testing in the finance industry.
- Strong technical background with experience in solution design, architecture, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Proficiency in using pre-sales tools and software, including CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
