Roles and Responsibilities:-
The Pre-Sales Lead, in an individual contributor role, will be responsible to support the sales team & other stakeholders with proposals, solution decks and collaterals.
The key responsibilities, currently envisaged, are as follows:-
Collaterals & Solution Design
- Revamp / update existing pitch decks into crisp, and visually appealing presentations and create new offerings
- Understand client requirements for sales opportunities
- Articulates GW scope, design process flows and create customized proposals / presentations leveraging GW strengths
Post Sales / Contract Review
- Manage end-to-end client closure post business award from client
- Supports sales teams in creating SoWs (Statement of Works), reviewing MSAs for business inputs and tracking MSA closures
Market / Competitive Intelligence Research
- Performs research on competition, service offerings / model & wider industry trends and presents to GW stakeholders
Sales Reporting
- Tracks & publishes sales pipeline reports / dashboards
Required Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong understanding of HRO / RPO business
- Ability to convert business specifications into visually appealing proposals / presentations
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong expertise in tools such as Google Slides / Docs, Microsoft PPT / Word and other workflow design tools
- Multitasker & ability to work under stringent timeline
- Prior experience of working with SaaS based startups will be an advantage
