Experience
- Minimum 15+ experience in IT / Products in Banking or in software products / services
- Progressive career experience as a senior executive in a bank or a large software company
- Strong experience of pre-sales preferably banking products
- Good people management skills / talent development
- Good knowledge of market structure and competitive landscape
