About our Client :
- Currently we are hiring for a Multinational Geo Location mapping services Company with its offices in France, Singapore, UK for the position of an "Lead Generation Specialist" with 3-7 years of experience in "Inside Sales" preferably IT or IT Solutions Sales.
- We are looking for a Presales Engineer that will work closely with the sales and technical departments. They will actively participate to the life of the company by advising customers on products developed and distributed by us by providing both internal and external support to the company's products.
Main missions (e.g. manage, decide, control...) :
Pre-sales / advice on products developed and distributed by WGS :
- Performing technical analysis of prospect / new customers and sharing these with Sales/Support Team.
- Defining and proposing new solutions to customers both in-person and remotely.
- Performing live demonstrations to prospect/new customers in collaboration with Sales
- Team as part of an end-to-end sales cycle.
- Support on products developed and distributed by the company
- Follow-up directly with customers via and/or support tickets
- Writing of guides, emails, and other materials for customers
Project management :
- Management of full life-cycle projects carried out on a fixed-price basis
- Customer reporting
- Reporting
Secondary missions :
Competencies:
- Technical Marketing knowledge
- Knowledge of the world of SaaS solution development
- Interest in Geolocation
- Strong technical culture, especially on APIs and Cloud
- Analytical skills, ease of communication to be able to work with technical profiles, as well as more generalist profile
- Fluent English
- 5+ years of experience in Pre Sales roles
- Temporary work from home
