- Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement
- Help sales executives during the technical presentations
- Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers
- Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals
- Handling presales and bid management function end to end right from initial RFP/ RFI till submission and handover to delivering a smooth and streamlined manner as per the defined bid plan for India. identifying win team and competitive differentiator to put a winning proposal.
- Working in close coordination with Sales, Solutioning, SMEs and Delivery team on RFP/RFQs requirements.
- Bid Planning- Preparing bid tracker/plan for the pursuit and ensuring team is align to it throughout the pursuit lifecycle, Bid proposal creation and final bid submission within deadline.
- Work with the legal team to ensure all the terms & conditions are signed off and legal approval is in place before the bid is submitted and working on the contracting document including MSA, SOW, NDA, Teaming agreements and others.
- Assessing RFP from non-technical and eligibility perspective and ensuring all required documents are acquired from respective department, competencies, and authorities.
