We are hiring for MNC Client, Mumbai

- Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in analyzing client requirements for Contact Center & Unified Communication Solutions.

- Preparation of Solutions & Bill of Material for Small and Large Contact Center Solutions & UC.

- Direct engagement with clients, which requires the ability to partake in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses.

- Delivers in-depth technical presentations to customers, partners, and prospects.

- Build strong vendor/OEM relationships.

- Act as a bridge between the client, sales, delivery resources.
