Looking for Consultant Presales - MS Dynamics Navision-NAV for a reputed client in Mumbai.
Brief Job Description: What activities the job/ role entails:
- Identify Customer Business Requirements: Lead the process of discovering prospects business requirements, needs, pain points and expected business outcomes.
- Solution Support during Sales Cycle : Heavily support the sales cycle and serve as the expert in the solution by completing requests for proposal. Participate in marketing events, deliver clear sales messages, and handle objections effectively. Provide references and customer examples to prospects.
- Demo Set-Up and Delivery : Create and deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer business requirements that show how the ERP product and partner-packaged offering can best meet their requirements. Must have ability to differentiate the offering from the competition.
- Account Transition: Communicate the business requirements to the project implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, warranting a continuous degree of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously Improves Presales Skills : Continuously improve cross-application and delivery expertise in the areas of Product (application, full package, and demo tools), Delivery (sales process, messaging, and presentation skills), and Industry (understanding customer industry and pain points). Leverage ERP resources as needed.
Educational Qualification and yrs of Experience:
- Science / B.Com graduate, with min 3 -6 years of experience with at least 2 years in solutions selling
Job Specification: What skills, knowledge, attributes etc the candidate should possess
- 3-6 years experience in Navision as a presales consultant or Functional Consultant. In case of Functional Consultant, candidate must have the clear idea of presales roles and responsibility and must possess basic prerequisites to become an effective presales consultant, Good to have at least 1-2 implementation cycles in these projects.
- Prior experience in business application software sales/presales, consulting, or solution implementation, preferably in a sector industry vertical or ERP/BI selling environment
- Experience demonstrating and presenting business solutions to customers and prospects
- Experience in presales within team selling environment and willingness to do Pre Sales activity Remotely
