Job Description:

- Will be responsible for pre-sales and market research

- Involved in presales activities for CRM – MS dynamics, Rightnow and KANA products

- Involved in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals

- Work closely with product manager to generate leads and opportunities

- Must have good technical skills and know-how to assist in technical solution selling

- Conduct training sessions

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory

- Strong presentation and demonstration skills

Job Specification:

- A proven track record in a presales environment in a software solutions business.

- Excellent knowledge of CRM solutions

- Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring and other tools.

- Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing)

- Proven experience of developing and delivering effective presentations

- An open, fair, positive ‘can do’ attitude.

- A “trusted advisor” and “project Leader” attitude

- The ability to spot sensible, effective, least risky, least complex solutions.

- An open-minded approach to new ideas, practices and methods.

- Entrepreneurial attitude

- Multi-tasking ability.

- A willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment

- A passion for 'starting up' and participating to the development of new ideas & concepts

- Self-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomy

Preferred from SFDC or Oracle but with CRM Background
