A B2B SaaS startup has engaged us to find a Presales Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving sales success and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a dynamic professional with a strong passion for pitching technology solutions to senior executives, coupled with the ability to clearly articulate the unique advantages of their platform.

As a Presales Consultant, you will be the technical advisor for their account teams, partner teams, prospects, and clients throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality demos, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and ensure high renewal rates.

The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on "make it happen" mentality, coupled with strong presentation skills, and a deep understanding of client requirements. Experience in technology sales, particularly in B2B SaaS platforms, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos, highlighting the value and capabilities of our solutions.

- Customise demos to meet client needs and requirements.

- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and implementation teams for a seamless sales process.

- Analyse client needs to propose tailored solutions and support strategic sales deals with technical expertise.

- Develop financial business cases and ROI analyses to back sales opportunities.

- Provide technical training to sales teams and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

- Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 2-5 years in presales, solution selling, or technical consulting.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, Startup preferred.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for presenting complex solutions to senior stakeholders.

- Team player with leadership abilities; HR tech or corporate learning platform experience is a plus.
