- Identify Customer Business Requirements : Lead the process of discovering prospect’s business requirements, needs, pain points and expected business outcomes.
- Solution Support during Sales Cycle : Heavily support the sales cycle and serve as the expert in the solution by completing requests for proposal. Participate in marketing events, deliver clear sales messages, and handle objections effectively. Provide references and customer examples to prospects.
- Demo Set-Up and Delivery : Create and deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer business requirements that show how the SAP product and partner-packaged offering can best meet their requirements. Differentiates the offering from the competition.
- Account Transition : Communicate the business requirements to the project implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, warranting a continuous degree of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously Improves Presales Skills : Continuously improve cross-application and delivery expertise in the areas of Product (application, full package, and demo tools), Delivery (sales process, messaging, and presentation skills), and Industry (understanding customer industry and pain points). Leverage SAP resources as needed.
- Good exposure and understanding of two or more of SAP functional areas. Preferably from FICO, SD, MM, PP.
- Should have knowledge of BI/BOBJ and other new dimension products.
- Working experience in Presales phase for 3 end-to-end implementations opportunities of SAP ECC 6.0.
- Should have experience of designing solution presentations, bid management, proposal development and collateral creations.
- Provides overall leadership and management to the assigned solutions organization
- Defines and oversees the execution of programs designed to increase win rate > 75%
- Provide thought leadership in matters concerning the creation and deployment of virtual teams to effectively engage with customers and prospects and execute the processes of customer engagement lifecycle
- Consult with senior sales leadership in the overall team building and sales strategy efforts to ensure effective levels of organizational alignment.
- SAP Delivery Management experience is added plus
- Should be good communicator, coordinator and performs multi task
