Experience: 4 - 8 years.
MBA from Tier 1 & Tier 2 companies.
Job Location: Coimbatore
Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to RFPs /RFQs /RFIs / EOIs with Strategic Approach towards IT solutions.
- Work with a team of Solutions Architects & Business Analysts to coordinate with various departments (Practice, Delivery, Sales, etc) to get the best solutions for RFP.
- Experience in managing all strategic proposals, bids, bid defense demonstrations and other pre sales & arketing activities in various geographies by taking full ownership of such deliverables.
- Maintain Internal Capability Index, various solution offerings, Business benefits / ROI achieved in various engagements.
- Interacting with clients to understand their IT landscape, roadmap, Long Range Plan, Business needs / requirements. Analyze requirements and processes to design & propose optimized solutions.
Skills Required:
- Analytical thinker with the ability to understand business / operational challenges & propose solutions.
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
- MBA with specialization in Marketing & Systems
Optional Qualifications:
- Have some level of exposure in other IT Services
- Knowledge of processes and functions applicable in Fortune 500 Companies
- Self-motivated, proactive, and have a results orientation
