We are looking for Lead Global Pre-sales/Solution Architect (Capital Market Domain For a leading BPO)

Information :

CTC : 20 - 40 L

Role : Sr. Manager/AVP

Education Qualification : Graduate/PG

Experience :

- Minimum 8-20 yrs of revant exposure in BPO Presales or Solution Designing role in Capital Market Domain.

- The business development experience should center around solution creation / customer presentations and not on cold calling.

Essential: Industry – BPO/ITes ; Domain - Capital Market, Banking, BFS

Job Description:

1. Understand & Evangelize the Business Process Outsourcing & Potential of Client's

Offerings :

- Identify and build new offering slivers within the focus area

- Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services

- Identify and qualify potential leads - business opportunities and customer needs

2. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support

- Work with onsite sales teams to manage & contribute to responses to customer requests for information, proposals (RFI/ RFP)

- Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.

-. Work with other client’s service & industry practices to provide comprehensive & innovative solution meeting and exceeding customer expectations

- Participate in customer visits & Offer solutions

3. Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations

- Participate in onsite due diligence & contribute to transition planning

- Contribute to solution definition

5. Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository.

6. Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors activities and develop and maintains effective business relationships in the industry.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERION

Soft Skills :

a) Mandatory : Excellent written and oral communication skills

b) Mandatory : The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while producing consistent quality results on time

c) Mandatory : Must be a self-starter who can work effectively under minimal supervision.
