Presales Business Analyst - BFSI Domain

- We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the BFSI domain and a strong background in presales.

- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and innovative solutions.

- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, create compelling proposals, and support the sales process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Hands on years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the BFSI domain.

- Certification in BFSI domain (financial products, Risk and services, including banking, insurance, and investment products) is preferred.

- Proven presales experience, including the development of proposals and participation in client presentations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as knowledge of relevant software applications.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the BFSI sector.

Preferred Skills:.

- Experience with SQL and Visio tool.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

- Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, insurance, and investment products.
