- Strong business and commercial acumen with skills to drive new business through conceptualizing strategies, introducing and establishing new products in multiple markets and industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Contract Management, Litigation Support, Corporate & Compliance Support, & other legal processes.
- A keen planner, strategist and implementer with deftness in devising & implementing strategies, aimed at ensuring achievement of business development targets, addition of key accounts to the portfolio and new account acquisition.
- Possess strong market analysis and marketing plan formulation / implementation skills.
- Responsible for generating business Managing the entire lifecycle of business development .
- Mapping new business opportunities & carrying out continuous research and analysis of market competitors; identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve the market share.
- Delivering presentation for clients and preparing business proposals; accountable for revenue generation from existing client.
- Knowledge of legal processes both domestic and international.
- Mapping client's requirements & providing expert advisory services.
- Effectively collaborating with internal and external partners.
