The position demands 20-60% travel in the mentioned geographies and one may also explore relocating to those after 1-2 years of good performance. Ideal candidate will have pre-sales/sales experience in technical domain (pref Mobile apps) and should have worked as SW engineer earlier.

Requirements:
For Manager
- 9-15 years of experience of which atleast 5 years hand-on development experience( java or related) and minimum 5 years sales/presales experience.
- Clear team leadership experience (Specifically for Pre Sales Manager role otherwise nice to have)
- Must have managed teams (Specifically for Pre Sales Manager role otherwise nice to have)
For Manager and Associate
- 5-10 years of experience with a good mix of technical and commercial roles for Associate.
- Excellent communication skills and work ethics
- Must have good presentation skills
- Presales experience would be preferred
- Must have done hands-on development for 3+ years
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, CSS and HTML4 & 5
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Knowledge of scoping customer requirements and relating them to solutions
- Experience in all aspects of pre-sales
- Experience in providing solution architecture to B2C as well as B2E
- Previous working experience with any of the top ERP solutions particularly SAP
- Prefer knowledge of ERP, CRM, HR and supply chain
- Experience of mobile industry
Job Responsibilities:
Manager
- Manage a team of Presales Associates and responsible for the Presales activities for the region (APJ, ME & ANZ) – this is for Pre Sales Manager role
- Mentor the team on presentation and technical challenges
Manager and Associates:
- Technically hands-on and should be able to jump into coding and build/fix mobile applications using Company’s Mobile Application Development Platform as and when required
- Required to be customer facing and open to travel 20%-60% of nights in a year
- Provide consultative technical expertise supporting company’s direct and partner sales channels; this will include technical presentations and demonstrations, conducting deep technical reviews, organizing and executing Proofs of Concept as well as collaborating on customer RFIs and RFPs
- Document knowledge specific to our most complex and technical capabilities and issues for use by customers and internal teams
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills in working with internal teams and expand personal and team knowledge of existing and planned products
- Coordinate sales interactions with internal creative, demonstration creation, and services teams
- Providing and presenting solution architecture to customer requirements
- Preparation of customer proposal for solution architecture
- Technical clarifications to RFP’s / Proposal queries.
