- Act as a primary POC for all new Qualified Leads coming through various processes
- Should clearly understand all client requirements over the phone/email leading to personalised
- pitches and relevant demos and direct the client to a Core-Sales POC
- Build, maintain and forecast a healthy Sales qualified lead pipeline
- Maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions
- Ensure maximum conversion rates on the leads received
- Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required
- Use presentation tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency
- Work with other cross-functional teams as and when required
- Achieve pre-sales targets of driving maximum deal wins from the qualified leads
- Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives.
