PrepBytes - Product Manager

At PrepBytes, We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about solving problems and innovating products that impacts many lives. You will join a team of change makers and innovators and contribute to bringing a change.

What will you do?

- Work with the founders to understand/indentify product gaps, vision and create innovative products or add innovative features in the product.

- Conduct market research, understand comptetitive landscape and develop product sales strategies

- Determines offerings pricing by analysing market, unit economics, margins and customer behaviour

- Identify key success metrics for the business, products and offering and continously work towards achieving those metrics

- Create MRD/PRD and work closely with tech team to get the product delivered on time

- Work with designing team to create user friendly designs

What are we looking for?

- Should have minimum 2+ years experience in the field of product management

- Btech/MBA degree preferred

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Highly effective cross-functional team management

- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
