The role of a Premium Relationship Manager - Business is to acquire Bulk Deposits/CASA from Corporates through self-efforts and team, NOA, monitor and address client's banking requirements, providing service related to existing products, client service issue resolution in defined TAT and revenue generation through fee based mandates, cross-selling of various products & services and non-fund based businesses offered by bank. Formulate sales plan to acquire new customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio and enhancing value of existing relationships.
Sourcing new Corporate/FI customers, cross-selling products - Savings, TD, Recurring Deposits for HNIs, Grow portfolio profitability, Focus on business development and growing revenues through fee based mandates like CMS, third party products and non-fund based businesses, Achieve growth in relationship value, Achievement of product-wise targets, Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data
- Ensuring service quality and deepening customer relationship
- Adherence to the process, Adhering to KYC Norms, Adherence to the laid down systems and procedures in business, Completion on No. of Accounts sourcing
