Job Summary:

The Premier Campus Engagement Leader is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to engage and build relationships with premier campus communities, including universities and colleges. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and campus organizations, to enhance brand visibility, recruit top talent, and foster long-term partnerships. The Premier Campus Engagement Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative campus engagement programs, events, and activities that align with organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including career services, student organizations, faculty, and alumni networks.

- Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for the organization on campus.

- Collaborate with campus partners to develop and implement engagement strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding:

- Drive the recruitment process by actively sourcing and attracting top talent from premier campus communities.

- Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruiting strategies, including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.

- Promote the organization's employer brand by showcasing its values, culture, and career opportunities through various marketing channels.

Program and Event Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging campus programs and events to foster brand awareness and student engagement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver workshops, speaker series, hackathons, and other campus-specific initiatives.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of campus programs and events, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.

Partnership Development:

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key campus organizations, clubs, and associations to enhance the organization's presence on campus.

- Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to explore opportunities for joint initiatives, research collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities.

- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with external partners, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of campus engagement initiatives.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes, trends, and recommendations to senior management.

- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities related to campus engagement, and incorporate relevant insights into future strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications).

- 7+ years of experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of the higher education landscape and familiarity with premier campus communities.

- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as universities, faculty, and student organizations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful campus programs, events, and recruitment initiatives.

- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and other digital channels for recruitment and employer branding purposes.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Flexibility to travel to campuses and attend events as required.
