We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Social Media to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

- Lead and inspire a social media team, ensuring high-quality content and engagement.

- Drive content creation, including visuals, videos, and copy that aligns with brand messaging.

- Track social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Stay current with trends and innovation in the beauty industry and social media platforms.

- Oversee paid social media campaigns, including budgeting and performance analysis.

- Having specialisation in Meta or Google ads is must.

- Experienced is Add Shoots for product.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in social media management, with 4+ years in a leadership role, preferably in beauty or lifestyle brands.

- Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns that drive results.

- Expertise in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.

- Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing.

- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing trends.
