Customer Behavior Analyst with experience in ( Predictive analytics in Retail domain)

Experience: 8-13 Years

Joining Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/ Chennai/ Pune

Required Skills

- Experience with working on customer data and getting insights on customer behavior

- Experience with analytical models for business problems in Sales and Marketing

- Knowledge of statistical or mathematical analysis techniques, including classification, regression, optimization, and simulation

- Ability to integrate and analyze large and complex customer data sets

- Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients and internal teams

Additional requirements:

- Experience with capturing voice of customer using sentiment analysis, text mining, optimization and QFD

- Experience in using statistical analysis software, including SAS or R

- Experience with Customer data sets from ERP, CRM

- Knowledge of Big Data technologies including Mahout

- MStat / other PG degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Behavioral Science

Role :

- You will be leading an 'A' team to articulate the insights to the senior management of Customer Experience functions in our Automotive client organizations

- To execute proof of concepts and implement projects using Statistical and NLP techniques for deriving business insights with measurable success.

- To create Solution approach for innovative scenarios such as Customer 360o, Customer Incentive Analytics, Propensity to Buy Analytics, Dealer Performance Analytics using telematics data, social media data, call center data, survey data et al.

- To define hypothesis and to identify the analysis trail for the given business problem.

- To collaborate with technology team and support the development of analytical models with the effective use of data and analytic techniques

- To validate the model results
