Pre-sales Manager - ACS
Qualification - Bachelor's in management/engineering/IT/logistics or any other relevant discipline
- MBA preferred but not mandatory

- Excellent soft skills (Communication, Coordination and Negotiation)
- Time-bound and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using various software tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other sales support tools.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Discovering customer needs and preparing RFPs.
- Lead the product solutioning phase of the sales process from start to finish including discussing with client and internal product teams to finalize and freeze the clients' expectations for the product in terms of functionality and coverage.
- Expert in product/solution demo with use cases and user journey.
- Creating functional and / technical proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of a product or service offering to a customer to secure a contract or agreement to purchase a product or service.
- Managing the client relationships so that they are comfortable to share information and ideas. Furthermore, Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the client's industry and business model.
- Training sales staff on new products or services being offered by the company to increase their knowledge about offerings and enhance their ability to sell effectively.
- Working closely with other members of the sales team to coordinate efforts and identify opportunities for growth in the market
- Serve as a bridge between sales and product teams
Candidate Profile
- Ideally with Air cargo industry experience
- Strong with functional understanding of solution.
- Or similar roles within other software product / solutions company.
