What is the role about :
This role has the responsibility for delivering technical solutions to our customers and prospects. This includes assisting customers with knowledge of our product and how these work in to the customer solution, development of bespoke solutions and technical consultancy as well as driving the team forward through contribution to the strategy.
This position will focus predominantly on pre-sales with the requirement to provide service delivery when required. You will work closely with all relevant teams and departments such as Sales, Support, Marketing, Competencies and Delivery.
What can you expect to be doing :
- Create and deliver technical sales strategies, presentations (to C Level executives) and highly personalized product demonstrations.
- Provide innovative approaches to complex technical challenges when scoping custom solutions following Interact development governance and best practice.
- Provide Product Management, Marketing, and other corporate personnel with input and feedback on product direction, individual features, positioning, and competitive discoveries.
- Serve as a technical coach to your colleagues in sales, professional services, product management and engineering.
- Join technically-oriented calls and conversations with prospects and clients.
- Perform remote and on-site technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Respond to technical elements of RFI's / RFP's
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Experience leading pre-sales engagements and supporting Senior Sales colleagues in achieving and exceeding territory revenue plans
- We work primarily on the Microsoft stack, so we interested in candidates with a solid experience of .NET framework and MS SQL
- Ability to estimate projects large and small, including assessing and mitigating risk
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering on time
- Strong problem solving skills, intelligence, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (detail oriented)
- You have strong group presentation and technical demonstration skills
- You have exceptional written skills and produce high quality client presentation documents (RFIs/RFPs)
Educational qualification :
- MBA from top Business schools. BE candidate would be preferred.
