- Engaged in presales for a diverse range of projects, including implementation, support and maintenance, and consulting services for clients worldwide.

- Respond to RFPs/RFIs/Proposals with detailed responses, showcasing technical capabilities, solution design, effort estimations, and alignment with client requirements.

- Excellent hands-on experience in creating demos for client presentations.

- Capable of effectively engaging with C-suite executives and high-level clients.

- Create and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that effectively address client requirements.

- Ability to do multitask and work across multiple proposals at the same time.

- Create collaterals and case studies for different industries and services to demonstrate our ability to address customers' specific pain points

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales activities, providing feedback to refine solutions.

- Engage with stakeholders, including clients and partners, to facilitate smooth pre-sales processes.

- Stay updated on Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position solutions.

Qualification-

- Should have a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce pre-sales, focusing on Salesforce products and solutions.

- Proficiency in at least one Industry cloud is essential, and expertise in Sales, Service, and Data cloud is a must.

- Experience in developing technical presentations and solution demonstrations.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency in developing presales assets, including proposals, solution diagrams, and use cases.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex client needs.

Education / Certification

- Master's degree in business from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Business schools.

- Minimum 2 Salesforce certifications is mandatory.

- Candidates with a technology background and experience in Salesforce implementation will be preferred.
