The COO will co-create Prashaste's future journey as a leading transformation agent for businesses and people. He/ She would be a key contributor for Prashaste's business growth through client acquisition, retention and delight.
The COO will mentor Prashaste's Team , drive operational excellence and enhance clients' performance outcomes in profitability, productivity and customer experience across our solutions viz Business Consulting, People assessment, Learning, Post-training Implementation and Certification. He/ She should be passionate and innovative to build new and scalable solutions for new markets /customer segments.
As head of operations, the COO will relentlessly work and ensure delivery of high quality solutions to clients on time. Strong Business acumen and leadership skills with hands-on experience of leading teams and managing projects is essential for this role. The COO would also support in Business Development by pitching Prashaste's solutions to prospects.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Business Growth, planning & strategy
a. Identifying new sectors/segments and building solutions for business growth
b. Preparing and implementing strategic business plan for customer acquisition , retention and contribution
c. Enhancing the volumes and profitability of Prashaste's verticals
d. Support in pitching solutions to prospects.
2. Team Building
a. Enhancing the skill and will of the team members by mentoring, monitoring, feedback ,action planning, recognition and reward.
b. Team development and retention through enablement, empowerment and engagement.
3. Client Management
a.Ensuring high quality delivery of solutions and value perception by clients..
b Client relationship, engagement and delight
4. Innovation
a. Innovating & designing new age transformational solutions
Job Location: Mumbai. The COO would be expected to travel to client locations across India or abroad as per project requirement.
Desired Qualification: MBA (or equivalent) degree from a Tier I B-School (IIM/XLRI/ TISS alumni will be preferred)
Desired Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience of which at least 3 years in a middle/ senior management role in consulting/auto industry domain in a senior/ middle management position having hands on experience of managing clients, associates and internal teams with a proven track record of achieving organisational goals in terms of performance, profitability, client acquisition and retention, people productivity and retention of internal/channel managers/ channel partners/associates.
Compensation details:
- Fixed: Maximum CTC of 36 lacs per annum commensurate with experience & expertise.
- Variable: Maximum of 24 lacs per annum subject to performance
- Being a core team member, the COO would also be eligible for ESOPs
