As a Head - National Sales & Business Development, India you will :
- Should have experience in large account selling in a B2B environment
- Should have experience and strong relationships in the media & entertainment
- The ideal person will need to be very competitive and have a high desire to win. Strong result-orientation, ability to absorb steep sales targets will be necessary. People who thrive on success, are passionate about winning will find this to be a nice fit.
- Build ongoing senior management relationships with key potential customers and Strategic Partners.
- Proactively build, manage and deliver on the Business plans
- Should have experience in managing large sales team.

Key responsibilities :
- Developing and managing a business operation PAN India that increases sales, profitability, market share, customer satisfaction by directing, coordinating monitoring sales force
- Building and developing sales team through developing the work force and motivating them for revenue generation.
- Conceptualizing and implementing market strategy, so as to achieve the revenue target as well as market share.
- To coordinate with other departments like Operations /logistics and etc for smooth operations of business.
- To do regular reviews with the Sales force to assess their performance, devise an action plan for future growth
- Identifying Strategic Partners to grow our Digitization Business
- Discovering, securing and servicing directly large key customers
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
Requirements :
- Overall 20 years of Sales experience
- Last 5 years of relevant selling experience PAN India in media and entertainment industry.
- Solution-selling approach and ability to develop long-term relationships. While acquisitions are important, most of the business will eventually come from repeat business and therefore, strong retention/upsell skills are a must.
- Proven expertise of sales in the entertainment / media industry with sound business knowledge and demonstrated record of achievement in a prior position
- Strong customer mapping skills, managing long gestation sales cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal orientation & communications,
- Financial acumen to understand sales revenues and manage margins and creating new business models.
