Purpose of the Role:
To Plan, Direct and Manage the operations of Human Resources Function for all the Sales Channel in the West Zone.
Job Description:
Recruitment:
- Responsible for developing and executing a cost effective Recruitment and manning of resources for all Sales channel
Employee Retention and Attrition Management
- To implement all HO Led retention strategy to ensure attrition for top talent is at the defined level.
- To develop best geographical specific initiatives and practices for minimizing employee turnover at all locations.
Change Management
- To ensure timely and correct implementation of new policies and procedures which are in line with the business goals
- Develop open and transparent communication channels in the zone and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the last level
HC Operation and MIS
- To develop and effective MIS system and track documentation process in order to have a seamless process during the entire life cycle of an employee.
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries and complaints.
PMS & C&B
- Ensure PMS is rolled out and understood by all employees.
- Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of overall compensation as also various incentive, R&R and retention plans and suggest modification to C&B team wherever necessary
OD
- To ensure employee induction / open house / communication channels are open for all employee
- Identify training needs from PMS for the region and zone and recommend the management different training program required.
- Ensure all engagement initiatives are well executed in partnership with HO team and engagement score of zones are well within the organisational score.
Competencies Required for the Role:
- Thorough Knowledge of HC processes
- Man management and multitasking
- Ability to handle teams remotely
- Ability to closely work with line and partner with business.
Qualification:
MBA with at least 10-12 years experience of having managed multi location HR business partnering responsibility in a distribution led organization.
