Key Responsibility Areas:

Business:

- To have indept knowledge about the internal clients, employees, business processes and business.

- To partner with unit heads for target delivery and people development.

- To work with business heads to forecast the manpower needs and partner with hiring managers to close the same.

- To drive the principles of meritocracy with business heads in all people decisions.

- To maintain and analyse the performance review report and share it with necessary stakeholders.

- To drive the change management projects

- To manage the HR related internal and external communication.

- To build a strong business relationship with the respective business unit heads

- To act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management

- To design and maintain the org structures and propose changes as necessary.

- To design, propose and implement suitable rewards and incentive program.

System / Process:

- To develop and implement better people management process and practices to facilitate the HODs

- To proactively support the delivery of HR Processes within the business unit.

- To develop a suitable review template with relevant measurement metrics.

- To analyze HR key metrics and suggest necessary process improvements.

- To partner with business heads to design and update Job descriptions for each position.

Customer:

- To be dedicated to employees and supervisors in the business unit with respect to their developmental needs and their duties/targets.

- To build a valuable relationship with Managers/supervisors and take their requests or solutions to/from the business unit.

- To identify gaps in employee's performance and accordingly propose and implement, training, counselling or job rotation for them

People Management:

- To ensure rhythmic review happens from time to time, to understand team's achievements and gaps with respect to the target and accordingly suggest the necessary course correction to the HOD/supervisor.

- To identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.

- To identify employees ready for promotion/higher responsibility and to rotate best talent across different functions in the organization.
