Work Experience Range : 14 - 16 yrs

Reporting to : CEO & MD

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Provide frameworks to scan available market for the existing product portfolio and provide go no-go decision criteria to respective BUs.

- Execute analysis to thoroughly understand the product portfolio. Create recommendations and the availability and accessibility of internal market intelligence.

- Lead and coordinate product Management and Market Intelligence initiatives guiding multiple resources to design and execute reports which draw upon multiple data sources, identify growth opportunities, competitor offerings and product performance

- To map the entire competition (BU wise) from the perspective of resources, offerings, pricing, NPD, positioning of offerings, customer base, CRM initiatives, etc.

- Provide qualitative and quantitative research used to evaluate market conditions and new geography (domestic & international) initiatives. Provide frameworks to assess and optimize the product portfolio for meeting market needs, gaining competitive advantage, accounting for political, economic, social and technological environment.

- Run queries on own data (Business Object) and perform analysis to support decision making process

- Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers and channels, contributing to in-market action plans

- Drive deep consumer/customer understanding and ensure all marketing and product management projects are designed with the customer standpoint

- Provide inputs to front end team / concerned BUs on pricing strategies, pricing pitch, negotiation tactics for range of offerings

- Develop and maintain reporting databases required by various functions in the organization such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Individual Business, Strategy, Community Outreach etc.

- Create SOPs on go-no-go criteria, negotiation pitch etc for front end team

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Experience with statistical analysis and relational databases

- Experience with database reporting tools required

- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Access required

- Project Management skills including the ability to coordinate activities among various departments and work independently to meet timelines

- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Understanding of available data sources for competitive intelligence gathering

- Advanced analytical and problem solving ability required

- Financial or product management background

- Numerate, analytical, high attention to detail, able to prioritize
