About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development team and initiatives.

- This individual will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by creating multiple revenue streams, building strategic alliances, and leading a high-performing sales team to ensure revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Alliances:

- Develop and manage strategic alliances and partnerships in different markets to drive revenue growth.

- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with complementary technology providers, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.

Sales Team Leadership:

- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure they meet their sales targets.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.

- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals.

Revenue Growth:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and customer outreach.

- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Client Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure our solutions align with their business goals.

- Proactively identify and address client concerns and challenges.

- Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.

- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage.

- Stay informed about the latest industry developments and best practices in sales and business development.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment with company goals.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared objectives.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales and Business Development leader or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment (minimum 7-10 years of experience).

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team (minimum 5 years of team management experience).

- Strong understanding of the cloud-based technology market, particularly within the LegalTech domain.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
