About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns across a range of digital channels, including search, social media, email, and content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Define target audiences, create buyer personas, and develop customer journey maps.
Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including bid management, keyword research, and ad copy testing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments.
Content Marketing & SEO:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, white papers, videos, etc.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO activities.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Create engaging social media content, monitor conversations, and respond to inquiries.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Segment email lists and personalize messages for optimal engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Website & Landing Page Optimization:
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Work with web developers to implement website and landing page improvements.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in B2B or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for digital marketing and a continuous learner with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
