Job Title: Practice Manager - Talent Acquisition Programs (Diversity & Inclusion)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead and manage various Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and supporting capability building initiatives, joint certification programs, diversity hiring, social media hiring, building job ready programs, publishing regular databases, Excel skills, data management, data search, and program building. The Practice Manager will work closely with the Capability team - Talent Acquisition, HR stakeholders, and institutes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Capability team - Talent Acquisition on Capability Building Initiatives such as Alternative sources of hiring, Job Ready Models to develop a talent pipeline, and designing inclusive hiring practices to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Plan Joint Certification Programs with institutes for various roles in the Bank to ensure talent readiness with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion. Design and Implement Diversity & Inclusion Hiring initiatives - with planned programs and interventions in collaboration with the TA Team to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Develop diversity recruitment strategies, build models on diversity, run various diversity campaigns to attract diverse talent, and design inclusive selection processes to mitigate unconscious bias.
- Design and implement job ready programs for technology-related positions with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs. Experience in program building, including designing and executing programs, managing budgets, and ensuring successful outcomes while considering the unique needs of diverse populations. Promote Social Media Hiring, expanding the Bank's social media presence with respect to Careers to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Drive all central projects/new initiatives with a Talent Acquisition implication to ensure timely and effective project completion with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion. Publish regular databases and reports to provide insights to internal teams and stakeholders, including diversity metrics and insights. Should excel in data management and data search, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. MS Excel proficient to create custom reports and templates for various stakeholders.
