Practice Manager - IT Product
Job description :
- Manage, support the delivery of Permanent Recruitment Service offerings in the IT & Technology Vertical on a Pan India basis.
- Overall people management, motivation & morale in own Practice (FTEs, Domain Expert, etc.)
- People development and retention within the practice group
- Full Life Cycle recruitment from Requisition Management to On-boarding.
- Account Management of a portfolio of existing clients.
- New Client Acquisition, Business development on an on-going basis.
- Pro-actively identify talent across client engagements by conducting research across multiple sourcing channels including but not limited to search engines, database monitoring, social media search, internal/external networking, Industry specific job groups, forums, associations and other informational sources.
- Pro-actively identify talent through networking, relationship building, and deployment of talent communities.
- Manage direct candidate engagement and marketing strategies focused on building passive candidate pipelines through targeted/personalized mail campaigns, cold calling, professional networking, direct sourcing and other communication channels to develop a robust pool of interested & qualified candidates.
- Follow project management framework to organize, manage, track and report on data related to recruitment engagements, while maintaining service levels, data integrity and information sharing through a centralized RMS.
- Help create a strong foothold in the IT, Technology vertical and long term business sustainability.
- Relationship Management with key decision makers & stakeholders to win new business from existing clients.
- Contribute significant value as a thought leader, providing strategic perspectives, insights and cutting-edge solutions in line with latest management thought across the IT/ Technology vertical
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in IT/ Technology recruitments is a must. Experience in sales, business development, account management, cold calling & prospecting is highly desirable.
- Should be ideally heading the IT - Product/ IT Services vertical of a Tier I Executive Search & Selection/ Talent Acquisition advisory services firm on a Pan India basis or be in a Business Head role in a leading IT Staffing Company focusing on the ICT vertical.
- Incumbent(s) must have had a successful track record of achieving recruitment targets in a profit/loss business environment
- Experience in a complex organization or consulting role requiring impeccable judgment, strong analytical skills and exceptional client management capabilities
- Demonstrated understanding of professional recruiting methodologies, technical tools, systems and solutions to support client staffing initiatives
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Meticulous planner with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business proposal writing & presentation skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 Recruiting tools: Social media, podcasting, cloud recruiting is highly desirable.
