Practice Manager - Finance & Accounts - SME

Responsibilities:

- Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of a practice.

- Ensures that operational policies are successfully implemented and followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.

- This role is accountable for managing (or growing) software revenue stream and customer base.

- Manage a global team of seasoned and highly skilled functional consultants, solution architects and project managers based out of United States, Canada and India.

- This role represents Consero Management as a Project Sponsor, responsible for the success of vertical portfolio, resourcing and escalation management (2ndlevel of escalation)

- This role will be accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and will have responsibility of all aspects of his /her portfolio of clients.

- CA / MBA Finance with 12-15 years' experience

- Should have service industry experience in the last 5 years.

- Experience in a financial controller role with working knowledge of GAAP requirements

- Experience in a third-party client management role

- Strong finance skills (financial statements, key performance indicators, Board and CXO reporting)

- Experience of working with US / European teams

Good to Have:

- Audit experience (statutory, internal) (Big 4 would be great)

- FP&A experience (forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, etc.)

- Project management experience in implementing software solutions (ERP) or financial process management

- PMP, six sigma certifications
