One of the reputed and growing Executive Search firms are looking for a Practice Manager to Head their South operations. The incumbent should have a minimum 6 years of work experience.
Following are the job responsibilities :
- Understanding the clients mandate, industry, organization, specific requirements
- Awareness of various sources from which candidates can be sourced for the role
- Hands on experience / operational knowledge of how to use these various sources
- Engage and build a rapport with prospective candidates (senior level mandates)
- Provide prospective candidates over the phone with adequate information about the role, organization and industry to excite them about the opportunity.
- Assist the client, if required, in the salary negotiation process of the final candidate
- Engage with the candidate until the candidate accepts the offer and subsequently joins the company.
- Independently meet clients in order to build and strengthen the existing relationship / develop new relationships (client acquisition / BD).
- Closely work with the Director to understand the team strategy and finalize team deliverables
- Along with HR, monitor team deliverables on a monthly basis
- Along with HR, put in place and execute development plans for each team member
- Provide inputs to Market Research (MR) on development needs of MR team members
- Along with the Director and MR Head, institutionalize processes to increase efficiency at the front end thereby increasing client satisfaction.
