Practice Leader - User Interface

We have a leadership opportunity for Practice Leader-UI with one of our client for Bangalore location.

Job Description:

- Proven experience of delivering Multi/Omni-channel web solutions within a large and complex organisation

- The technology stacks of interest Web - Angular /React /Javascript /HTML /CSS3 /Bootstrap and multiple web frameworks

- Knowledge of with Single page application (SPA), Progressive Web application (PWA), Responsive Web Design (RWD) paradigms

- Knowledge of the Digital domains covering Content management solutions, CRM sales and service, Digital commerce, Business process management etc

- Experience in managing large WEB practice teams with people, competency, business, technology ownership

- Ability to coordinate and run practice with skill from multiple locations

- Ability to work together with various delivery leaders of multiple accounts from multiple locations

- Good people management skills to understand and manage career aspirations of team members

- Experience with Enterprise, Business and/or Digital architecture methodologies, practices, and design

- Knowledge of Multichannel digital solutions: web, mobile, conversational & social channels

- Knowledge of architecting and designing across multi-platform and hybrid architectures, including on premise and cloud

(SaaS, PaaS or IaaS using Azure)

- Experience in development tools, processes, DevOps and Agile methodologies used for multi-channel digital solutions

- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization

- Depicts highly complex ideas, issues and designs that can be understood by a variety of audiences

- Strong technical leadership,communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership
