Practice Leader - Social Development Sector

We are seeking a Practice Leader for one of our clients which is a established name in the social development sector. The incumbent would be responsible for the following :

1. Manage a portfolio of existing programs and support new program development efforts in India.

2. Providing leadership support and guidance to existing programs.

3. Lead efforts in developing the practice area further. seek out opportunities for new programs or program expansion

4. Incorporate best practices in program execution and provide mentorship support to program managers.

5. Work with the global offices

6. Program management, stakeholder engagement, business development, team management, participating in design/strategy.

7. Oversee internal strategic initiatives

Success Metrics :

- 15+ years of relevant experience with experience of managing end-to-end project management on large scale programs

- Experience of having led program strategy, project monitoring, budgeting, staff management and New Business Development within an organisation

- Strong client engagement skills and working with senior leadership, the ability to influence decision making for high impact
