Practice Leader - SAP Analytics - IT Solutions Firm

We are looking for a Practice Leader for a leading multinational IT solutions company. Candidates with significant experience in heading SAP practice in Analytics LOB should apply.

The Analytics practice lead will be responsible for :

1. Create, refine & evolve offerings - services & solutions

2. Align & build with - aaS- roadmap with NEO

3. Capability build - Hire to Retire

4. Support Sales & Pre-sales Teams

5. Support Delivery Team

6. Support GTM & Marketing

KPIs include :

1. Booking (TCV)

2. Opening Backlog

3. Revenue

4. Gross Margin

5. Attrition & ESAT

6. Utilization

BAU-A includes:

1. Data Management - Data Integration (ETL), Data Quality, Data Governance & Master Data Management

2. Data Warehousing

3. Data Visualization

4. Business Intelligence & Insights (largely Descriptive & Diagnostic except when SAP HANA is involved)

Technologies include (in order of weightage):

1. SAP - BW, BO BI, BO DS, DQM, MDM, MDG, BW on HANA (BWoH), BW for HANA (BW4HANA), BO Cloud (BOC), HANA Live; HANA Cloud Integrator (HCI-DS)-

2. Qlik - QlikView, Qlik Sense

3. Oracle - OBI Apps, OBIEE, ODI-

4. Tibco Spotfire
