Practice Leader - Legal Support Solutions-SAVP
Qualified Attorney with 15+ Years of experience, with minimum 10 years in the Legal Outsourcing. Includes current and last 5 years in a leadership role. Has a very strong understanding of the processes and insights within Legal outsourcing - What works vs. not?
Key Responsibilities include:
- Sales Support and Diagnostics - Mandatory skill set with highest weightage
- Support Pre-sales pursuits , become a key member of the cross-functional pursuit teams to formulate plans for proposed transformation/transition roadmaps;
- Lead and manage diagnostic/analysis efforts with prospects and Clients in which detailed solutions/recommendations can be formulated;
- Market perspective and can consult clients on the opportunities within Legal outsourcing world to grow portfolio
- Solutioning - Lead complex LSS Business-technology discussions with client support teams in an effort to validate proposed business solution.
- Support business selling with transformation/transition teams, assist Account Team in responding to new opportunities and proposals
- Required to bridge the gap between Operating Strategy, Business Processes and Technology implementation.
- Program/Operation Management - Lead the Operation teams that coordinates the efforts of a diverse team supported by sales, process, quality and technology resources, driving towards key goals/objectives.
- Coordinate detailed design & planning, manage the progress, and manage the delivery of the final solutions throughout the course of the transformational life cycle and in "Business as usual" state.
Key Qualifications
Practice / Operating Lead: Strong Business Development, Leadership, and Program Management experience (minimum of 15 years), supplemented by direct operational, process, and domain expertise (Legal). Is a qualified Attorney.
Domain Expertise: Mandatory direct 'full life cycle' Outsourcing experience, BPO in a specific domain (Legal outsourcing), supported by industry domain specific knowledge (ie. Financial Services, Insurance,).
Facilitation Skills: Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals to extract, define, and document business processes towards a common conclusion. Ability to work across virtual teams both within the Client community in a hands-on manner.
Program/Project Management Skills: Ability to scope goals/objectives, identify/size tasks & milestones, and manage/motivate a group (Clients) towards a common conclusion. Ability to work across multiple teams both within the Client community in a hands-on manner.
Solution Definition/Deal Shaping: Able to define creative value proposition for clients leveraging capabilities.
