Role : Practice Lead - Talent Acquisition

Reporting to head of HR.

- This is a national Role. Reporting team comprises of three regional leads and a leadership hiring head. The regional leads have their respective teams of RMs and support members.

The role includes and but for limited to :

- Driving Organization wide initiatives for the function through dedicated team of TA Specialists across India

- Driving an profitability agenda through optimizing all channels and also explore alternate hiring channels

- Constant process reviews for Operational efficacy

- This is a strategic role and requires effective management of global stake holders.

Looking out for professionals from BFSI industry with over 10 years of hands on experience in talent acquisition. An effective leader with eye for detail and ability to manage the manage the function single handedly.
