Responsibilities:

1. Build and scale the Salesforce practice, setting up a team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and admins to grow to 50+ within a year.

2. Own the P&L for the practice, ensuring financial growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

3. Lead the delivery of Salesforce consulting projects across industries such as Fintech, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Telecom, and Non-profit.

4. Drive sales enablement by developing a strong pipeline and positioning Salesforce CRM products as key enablers for business success.

5. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and App Cloud.

6. Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize the benefits of Salesforce technologies.

7. Collaborate with Salesforce and other technology partners to generate leads, manage pipelines, and expand the practice footprint.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams and owning P&L responsibilities.

2. Proven track record in managing Salesforce consulting and implementation projects across multiple industries.

3. In-depth experience with Salesforce CRM products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and App Cloud.

4. Strong understanding of CRM technologies and their application in business transformation projects.

5. Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

6. Well-connected in the Indian market and GCCs, with a strong professional network and market knowledge.

7. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant are preferred but not mandatory.
