Practice Lead - Healthcare and Pharma Recruitment
What do you drive for us : Recruit, Manage and Lead a dynamic Pharma and Healthcare team that responds & fulfils Customers hiring needs as per the SLAs. This is one of the main revenue generating line of business for the organization and this role existence is crucial has it drives high profitability for the organization.
What a typical day at work would look like :
a) Achieve targeted Gross Profits & Value placements on a monthly basis for self and team
b) Ensure high value closures are delivered by the teams against the targeted revenues & tracking the performance as per the KPIs.
c) Build a strong, dynamic & a competent recruitment team by foreseeing demand pipelines as per the customer expectations
d) Keep track of hiring trends and share data & analytics with both internal & external stakeholder's
e) Build talent pipeline through alternate sources/innovate methods.
f) New client acquisition, account mining and account widening: Business Development
g) Timely collections of all GP billed within the stipulated period , adherence to activity based field steering to get the desired output
Your Key result Areas shall be :
a) Achieving Team GP as per the target
b) Timely collections - Reductions in collection over due
c) New client acquisition
d) GP from existing clients -Client retention and mining
e) Adherence to activity based field steering, usage of search and match database
Education Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience & Functional Skills required to execute the role :
a) 10 +yrs of recruitment experience: Preferable from professional services industry, boutique firms
b) Extensive years of top-tier, industry-focused consulting experience in Pharma and Healthcare vertical.
c) Having consistently and successfully managed business and relationships at CxO-level.Ability to scope, lead and deliver the given assignments both internal & external.
d) Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver compelling propositions
e) Proven experience in mobilizing and leading teams successfully.
f) Demonstrable leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, strategic thinking, and ownership
g) Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
h) Ability to think entrepreneurially, creatively, and analytically
I) Experience in facilitating and driving co-innovation with clients and partners
