About the Role
- We are looking at HR leaders who are currently managing a portfolio of clients (at least 15-20 clients ) for their HRO operations for a BPO or alternately managing a 300 + FTE in HRO multi location global Shared Service Center operations for large corporate. They also need to be thought leaders in HRO with good appreciation on transformation.

- Spearhead Global HRO Practice Delivery of Multi Million USD including Global Accounts, Shared Service Center, Center of Excellence, and L&D Content Studio
- Manage delivery across the Hire to Retire Cycle for In XXX HR teams- Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Admin, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Life Cycle Processes, Multi-Country Payroll, Employee Helpdesks, and Exit Processes
- Handle Global Delivery for an External Client SSC and HR Global SSC- Helpdesk, WFA, TA, TD, Analytics and Benefits Administration
- Keep tight control over project budgets to deliver the target Margins as well as look for opportunities to upsell services to the clients
- Identify and create new offerings, drive SLA Benchmarking, defined and drive the training certification metrics for HRO COE capability enhancement
- Drive effective knowledge documentation during the Transition of newer accounts to ensure noiseless future Ops
- Drive innovation and automation across HRO accounts to deliver value ($1.5Mn saving) to clients and deliver noiseless operations
- Support Pre-Sales team on new deals, handle client visits and integrating new HRO businesses and focus on generating new revenue from the existing businesses
- Identify Transformation and Process improvement opportunities and work on the execution plan
