Practice Lead - Data & Analytics

Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Practice Leader as we look to scale out the Business Unit (BU) to deliver innovative solutions to our clients across the world. If you are an expert Data & Analytics leader with sound and comprehensive foundational knowledge of data and analytics coupled with rich hands-on experience across cloud native and/or ISV tools and technologies, we have an exciting leadership opportunity for you.

- Possess strong expertise and real-world experience in architecting and implementing enterprise scale data engineering, self-service analytics, AI and GenAI applications

- Have extensive hands-on experience in leading and driving large-scale data modernization projects across various industries and use cases, with a track record of high-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery

- Strong understanding of data and analytics fundamentals across various platforms and technology stacks

- Prior knowledge of CI/CD and agile development methodologies

- Proven ability to understand customer and market needs and lead the crafting and communication of successful technical solutions and commercial proposals to address them

- Great executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with technical acumen, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

What would you do here:

A successful candidate will accomplish the following:

- Co-own and scale out the Data & Analytics BUs services bookings in partnership with sales leaders

- To do so, he/she will build and lead highly competent and successful technical sales/pre-sales capabilities to successfully pursue and win Data & Analytics opportunities

- Deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes from Data & Analytics engagements

- Own the revenue attainment for the BU by successfully delivering high-quality projects on or ahead of time and budget

- Build and scale Delivery Centres of Expertise in various geographies to ensure competent, consistent and high- quality Data & Analytics services delivery

- Envision, design, develop and take to market Data & Analytics solutions that address key customer needs in partnership with various ecosystem partners

- Grow and mentor a capable and highly motivated team of Data & Analytics technical practitioners, building a great

culture based on learning, sharing and growth

- Cultivate and maintain excellent and productive relationships with Data & Analytics technology leaders at

customers and partner

- Be a technology ambassador Git, blogs, spokesperson in customer and industry
