Position Title:- Practice Lead – Banking Analytics
Location:- Across India.
- Practice Lead – Banking Analytics is a senior member of the Domain Consulting Group within Banking& Financial Services Business Unit.
- Practice Lead will liaise with CXO’s in client organization to understand their business problems and provide robust solutions. Domain Partner, through his/her industry thought leadership, will position Wipro as a transformational partner and thereby drive Wipro’s participation in the strategic programs of the client.
- Practice Lead will closely work with the Client partner and Account team for Wipro’s large strategic accounts and he/she will be required to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth for analytics practice
- From a customer point of view primary responsibility of the Practice Lead will be to understand business problems, provide relevant solutions& deliver these solutions effectively. Practice Lead is expected to identify and qualify new domain led opportunities with the client to meet revenue expectations and ensure that budgets, profitability and timelines for such client projects are achieved.
- As part of the practice leadership member of the team, Practice Lead will share ownership and accountability of practice growth by ensuring increase in banking analytics team size in US and also increase in analytics foot print within our banking accounts
Responsibilities
- Drive analytics practice growth strategy for the designated banking accounts in collaboration with client partner and account leadership team
- Bringing Industry experience/inputs to the Client- Organize workshops with client stakeholders, Lead proactive solutions on areas of industry focus
- Play advisory role to Client Relationship Managers and Program Managers on assigned account.
- Trusted partner for client CXOs from domain side. Engaging them on driving business solutions
- Understand clients current business landscape and propose a pointed business proposition solving their business problems
- Manage expectations and alignment between client teams and stakeholders
Skills
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of banking analytics will be primary requirement for this role. The lead should have spent significant amount of time in analytics organizations or working in marketing or analytics department in banks
- Digital Channel analytics-Web, Mobile, Social Media
- Marketing Analytics –Good understanding of banking marketing department needs ( Offer Management/Campaign Management)
- Customer lifecycle management ( Customer life time value, Customer Profitability, Propensity Analysis , Next best action )
- Operational Analytics
Experience
- 12+ years experience in the industry.
- At least 10 years of experience working either in an banking analytics product organization ( SAS, muSigma, SAP, Oracle ) or in a banking analytics department.
- Experience in selling and driving large transformational programs
- Experience with global delivery
- Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
- Excellent client presence and proven client relationship building capability; willing to provide senior / top level client references
- Excellent academic credentials from top tier programs - B.A. / B.S/ B.Tech required, MBA strongly preferred
- Powerful verbal / written / communication / networking skills
- Experience in motivating and leading multi- cultural, cross functional teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Willingness to be onsite at a client location and able to travel extensively to support the needs of the business
- Should have participated/contributed in industry seminars & conferences
