It is a part of a large conglomerate which has more than USD 6 Billion of assets under management, dealing with Financial Services, Infrastructure, Townships, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Facility Management and Security Services.

- We need a VP level person to head this vertical and be responsible for it and grow it into a profitable business

- Exp in Business Development for both Perm and Temp staffing is essential

- Exposure to the NCR and other capital cities

- Proven capability to expand and grow a business

- Team manager - team size 20 - 25

- Will also need to build a marketing team if needed to ensure business expansion

Qualifications - MBA preferred, not essential

Experience - 12 years and more in same industry with proven experience in developing and growing a business
