Must have handled a team of 150+ people

Critical skills for the Unix Capability Lead role..

Total experience of 15-22 years, of which Unix hands on and team handling experience of 10 years

Basic skills on all Unix flavors with advanced skill in at least one of them;

Market trend awareness - technical and business aspects of Unix technology

People management role at minimum of second line manager for at least 3 years

Technology and Business skills mix to run the Unix capability independently under minimum supervision with stringent target metrics for customer satisfaction, SLAs, new services, revenue, gross margin and people management metrics like attrition control and employee satisfaction

ITIL process compliance

Minimum three years of experience in handling Direct Clients

Minimum three years of experience in handling Global clients

Good communication and presentation skill.
